At times things have gone wrong especially last year...

At times things have gone wrong especially last year were i had a very bad time because of bank fraudulent activity its been a long journey but im getting there. When I have had to chat with a responsive they have understood better than my bank. I got what was taken out by the fraudsters but with late payment charges etc i had to start with 27 pence in my account so all I can say is be honest if your in trouble financially always be true and the boys and girls who are there at the end of phone call they will do their best to get you back on track not just with them but with all creditors.
