Bad Zopa customer service

Decent app-managed card, support needs to catch up

A solid card for building your credit profile, managed entirely through the app which suits me. The one area that needs work is customer support — responses come eventually but you're waiting days, not hours. Zopa experience

I have had a credit card for 18 months and have never had reason complain or speak badly about Zopa. They are a credit (pardon the pun ) to the finance world always available to speak to , everything is made easy for the customer , the app is superb easy to get around.
