You were the best until you decided to raise my interest rate. The fact that you're not pegging it with that of the Bank of England, makes no sense to me and is just so unfair. I've never missed a payment and you're charging me interest on what I owe, so why make life more difficult for me if you think I'm struggling? Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
