User friendly, fast, upfront

It lives up to the promise: initial search not affecting the credit score, rate promised is what you get (unlike some of the previous experience when shopping around), paperwork is very streamlined and straightforward. No hurdles, no unnecessary hoops. Decision making is quick, and the amount was on the account as promised, within a few days. Trouble Free Lending

My loan application was approved and the funds were in my bank account within 48 hours. I am able to access my account on line in seconds and the account information is always accurate and easy to follow. On the one occasion I called Zopa the phone was answered immediately and the advisor very helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zopa as a loan provider.
