Creating Pots

Managing our finances by creating various pots is so easy, and actually adds an element of fun to banking. We use pots for motoring, leisure and general household maintenance. When we receive a bill or need to spend a considerable amount of money on an item or an expenditure, we simply transfer the money from the corresponding pot to finance it. We have a standing order set up to add money to these pots on a monthly basis. It also helps us to monitor how much we are spending and on what. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Great interest rates and a brilliant app

Zopa offers great interest rates on their savings accounts. The choice of accounts is excellent, and their smartphone app is second-to-none for usability and convenience.
