Total power to the customer

Without a doubt, the best savings account I've ever had! I can move money in and out at will, designated to an unlimited number of different pots, and choose the level of interest depending on how soon I might need the money. So if a client pays for a year's work in advance, I can pop that money in a higher-interest pot and 'pay' myself into my current account as and when the work comes in. If I want to save up for a nephew's driving lessons? Just make a pot. Transfers of funds to and from my bank are handled smoothly and swiftly, and I get an email to notify me of any actions. I'm not one to exaggerate, but I've never felt so in control of my savings. This is banking for the 21st century. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Simply and easy

I was looking for an account with a good interest rate that didn't keep my money locked away for a long time. I found the Zopa app with great interest rates and created a Smart Saver with instant access and another one with 95 days notice which pays more interest. Both great options for my savings needs. Simple and easy to use. I was also surprised that when the interest rates went up my accounts rate went up as well. I was previously using Lloyd's and when the interest changed on their accounts I would not be able to get better rate until the anniversary of the account when I could renew Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Fast, easy, great rates.

Switching to Zopa couldn't have been easier. Their app makes things super-straightforward and their interest rates on the various savings accounts was better than any other company when I transferred over to them. Great! Reviewed on: 20th February 2023

Flexible and great rates

It's great being able to have easy access to some of my savings at a good interest rate and get even better rates by putting some away for a short period. I also like the way that general interest rate rises are reflected very quickly in the Zopa rates. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
