Poor , financial help , ruthless

I recent entered into stepchange agreement , as I lost my job due to covid 19, this is the only company that has endlessly hounded me for charges , they are filing defaults on my credit file constantly , they are demanding I pay charges even though I am on a debt relief plan ? , the stress this poor company has caused I wish I never dealt with them , I would stay clear otherwise, all the other companies have been great and supportive apart from this company . No help given when I needed it.

I cannot log in to customer services and for months I get the door slammed in my face because they cannot help me, as I cannot pass security. The last time I rang I said how do I confirm/change my password and was told that she could not help since "I cannot pass security". Eventually the lady said she would email a department who could hopefully help... Why? I was charged for using my card abroad and I was told there would be NO charge - I need to speak to someone!
