Over limit when I should not have been.

Just the other month I think it was January or beginning of February when I paid a payment of £118.00 which got credited to my account and my account was in credit nearly £200.00 then the next 2 days it vanished and I was over my limit by £59.00. The amount i used i them 2 days did not amount to £200.00 for definite. I DID NOT GET ANY HELP OF 118118 help chat.NOT IMPRESSED. Reviewed on: 4th April 2026
