So bad experience with 118 customer service

So bad experience with 118 . I payed money to my card account for more that a month. It never appear in my apps account t that I made such a payment . I screenshot my bank statement sent it to them as they requested but not received any reply from them . They keep asking for same name of account details of account. Repeatedly email.
