Exceptional custoner sevice.

I applied for the platinum everyday cashback credit card recently after poor service and security with a well known supermarket Clubcard credit jcard .abd found them to completely the opposite ie they were extremely professional, efficicuent, helpful, and knowledgeable and the process, including pin, only took 5 days and my credit limit was 3 times as much! What really impressed me was the fact that they immediately followed this up with a detailed survey and their tight secur... Reviewed on: 9th December 2018

American Express - An apt company name as they sort your issues promptly!

After my year's free trial was up on my American Express Gold charge card I decided to move to the American Express free BA points credit card. I wanted my existing points transferred across so phoned American Express and this was all done in a matter of minutes - not to mention them rounding my existing points up for being such a loyal customer! Always helpful

Love Amex. Firstly, it's amazing having insurance on everything you buy (Platinum) as well as collecting airmiles. The travel insurance is fantastic and has come in handy when we've had bags delayed. Also the concierge service is such a useful service. Reviewed on: 26th April 2016

Has limitations

Have had this card for many years and it pays a small amount of cashback on purchases. There have been no problems operating this but I have found that some retailers refuse to accept it. One told me it was because of the high processing fee Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

great cashback and great service

really fantastic company to have on your side. the cashback rates are the best on the market, they have regular offers such as shopsmall (with £5 cashback on a £10 spend!) and are accepted at a lot more places than i'd have imagined. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
