American Express - An apt company name as they sort your issues promptly!

After my year's free trial was up on my American Express Gold charge card I decided to move to the American Express free BA points credit card. I wanted my existing points transferred across so phoned American Express and this was all done in a matter of minutes - not to mention them rounding my existing points up for being such a loyal customer!
