Aviva Signature home insurance replaces damaged items with new ones, or pays for them to be restored, repaired or replaced. Damage due to wear and tear or breakdowns is not covered. Accidental damage is an optional cover.

Well priced and great service for Landlords

I have used Aviva for a number of years for buildings' insurance on a rental property and have always been pleased with the service and cost. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2017

Unlimited cover even if flooded

I renewed as it's 5 star defacto & give unlimited cover along with case of a pipe bursting etc. They gave me discount to give me the best price very pleased! Reviewed on: 31st July 2017

The are Accommodating on requirements

Great Value For Money

Having got my first home I needed home insurance for the first time. Aviva were great value for money and were easy to understand. No messing about. I would totally recommend them if you are looking for simple, straight forward, home insurance. Reviewed on: 26th July 2017

excellent saving

after shopping round for car insurance Aviva offered me a great deal! A week later my current home insurance company gave me my renewal quote,so I thought i'd give Aviva another go.Their quote was 500 pounds cheaper and took 5Minutes to set up!! thanks aviva Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

Accessible and accommodating Aviva

I've used various comparison websites over the years for insurance quotes but I've recently returned to Aviva for my house and car insurance. The great thing is that you can speak to someone who is very customer focused and understands your request properly. Once your a customer you can access your account online which even for a Luddite like me is easy to work your way round. I certainly have found them competitive but also accommodating and I've already recommended other family members. It takes the stress out of the annual renewals. Reviewed on: 21st July 2017

seems like good value - get multiproduct discount

having life, car and home insurance with Aviva means that we get a multi product discount which makes it really good value for us. Have never had to claim but i would like to think the customer service would be good if we did need to. Reviewed on: 17th July 2017

Excellent Service
