Great company

GOOD

With vet fees so high it is important to have valid pet insurance with a reputable company. I found the whole process from getting a quote to buying very easy and would recommend to others Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Very competitive and was easy to obtain the insurance.

Easy to claim and very friendly to deal with Speedy to process claim and no problem with getting the money back Payment is received quickly but you do need to get the vet to sign the claim form and a need a full receipt Reviewed on: 9th November 2015

Amazing service

Bought pet insurance for my dog, because we were planning to travel abroad, and lucky me I did it! my poor girl, got stung by a bee into a paw, and had to get operation just before we left. operation was pretty expensive itself, so gladly I had insurance and it was covered. thank you so much! simple and easy pet insurence

had to buy pet insurance for my dog woody simple and easy pet insurance logged in filled out a few details with in five minutes he was covered. several months late had a issue aviva paid out and helped me save a fortune on vet bills from a simple low monthly payment. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

Does what I need it to

I keep buying this insurance to make sure that Mags - my cat is always looked after. So far have only needed to claim for a few minor things and these have been dealt with efficiently. Reviewed on: 15th September 2015

Made for my pet

I found the aviva pet insurance to be very comprehensive and contact with them has been very good throughout so would recommend for piece of mind. Reviewed on: 6th August 2015

Pet insurance from Aviva

When I needed to claim for some emergency vet fees Aviva didn't feel to be as friendly and helpful as they could have been. Of course people have off days, so my review may not be a reflection of all the agents they have/on all days. On the whole, it was simple to buy, and my claim was resolved after a few calls. great service and coverage for out pets

We are renewing our two cats with Aviva again. I have shopped around but price of Aviva is about the best I can find. We have only filed one claim ever and it was settled pretty quickly. Claim was settled promptly. Only quibble was that the forms had to be sent twice. Not sure if I messed up or the company did. Otherwise, I can recommend this company to others with pets. Would definitely recommend Aviva - they have been faultless with our insurance. Reviewed on: 13th April 2015
