Good in general

Customer service is often good. A UK call centre would be better for us. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Good service

Continued good service but nothing special. I find the customer service good in branch, and a UK call centre would be better when I need to contact them on the telephone. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Biz Development Manager

Not the most helpful if I'm honest. Business banking services feel expensive even though it's a necessity. More competitive rates for SMEs would be better. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Good app and good service

My needs are quite simple. Most banks do service really, really badly. Barclays haven't upset me yet. I particularly like the easy to use app. It helps me pay my suppliers quickly, and has no admin burden. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Never had an issue

I've used Barclays for my business banking for over 10 years and have never had an issue. The use of the app is particularly helpful especially when I'm on the move. Another great feature is the telephone banking, and the staff are always polite and helpful. Any issues I've had have always been solved in a short time too. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Great Account for a Small Business with Basic Needs

The Barclays Basic Business Account is really useful, I have no need to access capital or make complex payments so I do everything online , mainly via my mobile! Which is great. I can, even with this basic account, make and receive international payments. Reviewed on: 11th February 2016

Setting up a little painful
