Setting up a little painful

Our business is fairly non standard which caused the staff a bit more difficulty in setting up. Maybe more training re different business models would help. Reviewed on: 10th February 2016

Good overall

Great rapport with staff

I have a great rapport with Business Bank relationship manager and use online facilities as well as the local branch to bank cheques. Reviewed on: 25th January 2016

No support for cricket club

I use Barclays for my cricket club's accounts. The cricket club operates on very tight margins and when I asked Barclays to support a major fundraising event, they declined. This was very disappointing - I'm sure Barclays could have offered something in the way of support. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2016

First branch seen!

It was chosen because it was the first branch I saw. I find them to be generally helpful, and I've not had many issues. I do find the online services/apps to be very useful. Reviewed on: 21st January 2016
