Barclays made it easy for me and set up my business banking account in 4 working days. Everything was laid out and explained perfectly including how to access my account from the app. Really happy with their friendly and professional service. Reviewed on: 10th April 2017

I need paper statements!

Barclays told me they are not doing paper statements unless I specifically ask for them. The hard copies are more important for the business! Aside form that, the app allows me to do everything else. Reviewed on: 21st March 2017

SME - Lack of service

Quick, Easy and Good Value for Money

Very quick and easy to set up over the phone without ever having to take time off work to go into a branch. The advisors were very helpful and talked me through the whole process. As I am a new limited company, I get my first year of banking free which is great! Reviewed on: 2nd January 2017

Not a bank for me

I have recently taken over a small businessnand have spent literally hours on the phone trying to sort out online banking, duel authorization, telephone banking and problems with the mandate. I have been in branch too and nobody is very helpful. Hours on hold calling their helpline to then get little help at the end! Reviewed on: 21st April 2016

Won't go near a Barclays ever again

Very unhelpful, both in person, on the phone, and online. Promised information never arrived. Impossible to find out anything online, made to go through hoops - catch 22 hoops in my case as they hadn't sent me the information I needed to answer their security questions. In-branch is entirely inappropriate environment for doing ANY banking - business or private - with staff avoiding you, no queuing system, and then you confidential financial details discussed loudly in the open floor area.
