Won't go near a Barclays ever again

Very unhelpful, both in person, on the phone, and online. Promised information never arrived. Impossible to find out anything online, made to go through hoops - catch 22 hoops in my case as they hadn't sent me the information I needed to answer their security questions. In-branch is entirely inappropriate environment for doing ANY banking - business or private - with staff avoiding you, no queuing system, and then you confidential financial details discussed loudly in the open floor area. Have banked with Nationwide for many years and have never had a problem with them. Customer service is always good and when my new debit card was sent to my old address they sorted it out very quickly. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Good app and good service

My needs are quite simple. Most banks do service really, really badly. Barclays haven't upset me yet. I particularly like the easy to use app. It helps me pay my suppliers quickly, and has no admin burden. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
