Long Term Relationship

Review of the Aviva, Car Insurance:

Happy? Maybe?

Strange experience with aviva. I had insured my car with them for several years and was happy with the price and the service. I bought a new car and to make things easier with transfer of number plates etc. I purchased a new insurance policy through the dealership but it was still with Aviva. It was over £100 cheaper than I could purchase directly! I know it happens but it doesn't make sense. I wasn't sure whether to be happy for the cost reduction or annoyed that I had been quoted more. Strange.... Having said all that it is a good service so all in all I would recommend them Reviewed on: 13th August 2015
