Keep It Local!

There are financial institutions offering a little more interest on some products but I do consider it important support local folk. I like to think my savings are helping local first time buyers. IMO Bath has far too many students renting properties that should be first time buyers or family homes. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025

Great, High interest savings account.

Great, High interest savings accounts from a great city. This really got me, as it is also a building society you have a bit of a more say in what happens, and the support is great. Could do with a slightly better website login and appearance, but that is not as important for a bank- the banking is, so I give it 9/10. Plan on opening more savings accounts as well in the near future. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Over 70 years and I still trust them with my savings.

When I was a child my Mum opened an account for me at what was then Bath Investment & Building Society decades later to become Bath Building Society. Now aged 82 years, I still invest with them as I receive consistently good rates of interest and customer service from the staff there is `second to none`. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
