Have had ups and downs with this company.

There is been ups and downs with this company. For the most part it is a good credit card and the rates and fees are really quite comparable with other similar cards. I've had some trouble when dealing with customer service. One customer service agent in particular had a difficult time explaining why certain fees were assessed. He first told me one reason, then after a few questions, he said something completely different. When I tried to get him to clarify, I was hung up on. Other then the one bad experience, customer service has been easy to work with and knowledgeable. If you are looking for an easy to get, straightforward credit card, I would recommend Capital One to you. Reviewed on: 13th April 2015

Capital one was my first credit card when i got to the UK, i started from £200 and it was the best experience, it helped me build my credit till i was able to apply for another credit card but i still have it, i now have £1250 on it, i really like how they attend to me when i have any little issue, they are so prompt and listens Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I experienced months of failed withdrawal attempts. Despite my repeated emails to customer service going unanswered, I was left in a state of worry upon discovering that I had been scammed and my money was gone. Thankfully Olivia Trader Teams came to my aid and successfully retrieved my investment from these deceitful fraudsters. Bad Bank to work with. stay away

I had two accounts one for seven years and one for almost 2 years the one for seven years was a secured guard with a $1300 limit with a secured deposit the other one they give me a $500 limit they close both of the accounts for no reason I would not recommend this bank for a credit card. Great card & easy app

Great card & easy app, I was given a good credit limit upon application (which was an easy process to follow even filling out on a phone). The app is easy to use & clear. They offered a 0% interest for a long while after I opened the account which was great. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
