Avoid Capital One they are crap!

Avoid Capital One they’re crap Avoid Capital One they’re crap! Read all of this review for an honest true review. I’ve been with Capital One since 1998 and I’ve yet to have a credit limit increase which has remained at £2500. Back in 1998 this was good, today is dated and puny especially with today’s economic climate. If you try to get a credit limit increase on their online app it’s instantly denied (as I discovered) and if you write to them (as I did) you get an ambiguous response telling you that they can’t do it manually and you have to use their online app!! In other words it’s impossible yet when it comes to charging you interest on your account they are really sharp! Because of this I’m really annoyed and disgusted with their actions, clearly a long term customer like myself means nothing to them!!! So be careful with Capital One and avoid them! I’ve paid off my balance and won’t be allowing them to charge me any more interest! Date of experience: 08 February 2024 Reviewed on: 8th February 2024

Stay away for Capital one

Stay away from Capital one. I had balance transfer and I tried to setup my debit card on account so I can pay monthly but unfortunately before even my balance transfer complete I had paid hole amount including transfer fees accidentally on 25/12/23, I have called them straight away and informed them about this so they filled out form for refund my money back and said you will get it back in three days and I waited for three days and I didn’t receive my money back so I called them back and asked them for my money so they said the form was not filled properly and not submitted so the guy which I spoke he filled form again and said you will receive money next day and still not received so I called them 4 times by now and waiting for my own money. I have called them again today (30/12/23) and I have been told that I will receive money on 2nd or 3rd on January 2024.worst company ever Reviewed on: 30th December 2023
