Simple app helps me keep control of my finances

I have a low amount credit card with Capital One for emergencies etc. it is easy to keep on track, see my balance and payment options are easy to navigate all on the app. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Very good to build up credit score.

I've had good experiences with this credit account, the interest is a little higher but it's a great card to use to build up your credit score. I'd buy my monthly groceries on this, then pay the balance in full with my grocery money. The limit was gradually increased and it helped me to budget. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I haven’t really dealt much with Capital One’s customer service team directly, but I find the app old-fashioned, it’s not always very clear how to make payments etc. I also do not like that you cannot seem to add the card to your Apple Wallet. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

NO wireless payment facility

The main issue is that they do not allow for wireless payment. I contacted them about it and was told they do not offer it but may in the future. In this day and age it is madness that they do not have this facility. I will be closing my account and moving to a more future proof company. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
