NO wireless payment facility

The main issue is that they do not allow for wireless payment. I contacted them about it and was told they do not offer it but may in the future. In this day and age it is madness that they do not have this facility. I will be closing my account and moving to a more future proof company. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Their Apr is exceptionally high, customer service is non existent. When you do speak to them they are rude,dismissive, confrontational and u willing to compromise. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Excellent service but High APR

Experience was excellent, unfortunately the APR was not competitive and extremely high. This has put me off using them in future. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
