worse company ever for credit cards

I used to have a Capital One credit card and there lied to me about the interest rates and also lowered the amount I can use on the card for no reason after just offering to up it. Honestly the worse customer service who likes to put the phone down on you. Never use this company had better experiences with tesco. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023

All things sound nice at first. Until you fall behind.

They just left me to spend and spend until I couldn't afford to pay back what I got myself into. Then the letters came. Then the threats of bailiffs plus court. When you're young nobody tells you these things. You find out the hard way. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Capital one credit card pros and cons

Capital one credit cards are highly recommended due to a number of reasons. One being they have a low entry barrier meaning you do not need a high credit score to access one. Furthermore there limit increases as time progresses which is another benefit for anyone trying to improve there credit score. One downside of capital one, or something I believe they could improve on is the customer service aspect, often it is hard to resolve a problem with them over the phone. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2023
