Friendly staff, easy to use app

When I needed a credit card to help build my credit score, Capital One were easy to apply with and approved me quickly. Their customer service is great and the app is very clear and easy to use. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Everyone has a genuine chance to improve with Capital One

Capital One UK, in my view, is an exceptional credit provider as they give an extraordinary chance in the credit industry as they proactively monitor consumer behaviour in a way that allows them to positively support/influence good consumer spending habits. So it’s a win-win for them and also for the customer. The Capital One model treats consumers as members rather than ‘outsiders’. They are worthy of special praise as they don’t just act as a credit provider, they take the extra step to remotely influence consumer behaviour in a view to prevent defaults and improve credit rating in an earned manner over a period of assessment. I genuinely find Capital One to be an impressive model and strategically rewarding for those who understand & comply with their good spending T&Cs. Staff services and product information are also quite simple to use or access - and in summary, I believe the best providers ultimately focus on offering users or consumers simplicity and financial soundness mentorship. They are a credit to the UK and its financial markets even in a cost of living crisis era!! So my pick would be ..Capital One Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
