Stay away from Capital one. I had balance transfer and I tried to setup my debit card on account so I can pay monthly but unfortunately before even my balance transfer complete I had paid hole amount including transfer fees accidentally on 25/12/23, I have called them straight away and informed them about this so they filled out form for refund my money back and said you will get it back in three days and I waited for three days and I didn’t receive my money back so I called them back and asked them for my money so they said the form was not filled properly and not submitted so the guy which I spoke he filled form again and said you will receive money next day and still not received so I called them 4 times by now and waiting for my own money. I have called them again today (30/12/23) and I have been told that I will receive money on 2nd or 3rd on January 2024.worst company ever
