Stay away for Capital one

Stay away from Capital one. I had balance transfer and I tried to setup my debit card on account so I can pay monthly but unfortunately before even my balance transfer complete I had paid hole amount including transfer fees accidentally on 25/12/23, I have called them straight away and informed them about this so they filled out form for refund my money back and said you will get it back in three days and I waited for three days and I didn’t receive my money back so I called the...
