Superb customer service

Superb customer service, continually improving their service and features on mobile app. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2017

Great until things go wrong...

The company itself are fine and dandy when things are good. Contact is frequently returned when needed and I relieved when calls are answered from within the UK. However, when I lost my job and fell behind on payments they suddenly became very inflexible. I had to call repeatedly and then it would take quite some time for someone to respond, if at all. Contact was more of the feeling that it was made purely as it was obligatory rather than a wish to help. No offers were made to lower the APR or suggest a plan in my time of need. That said, once things were back on track they mysteriously reverted to their old helpful selves! Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Reminders are handu

Back in the day, credit cards were run on a bill received that soon got lost under a pile of other papers and you could easily forget to pay. Moving onto the present day, and Capital One send email reminders as well as text reminders, which really do help you to keep on top of things and not miss payments. I'm sure others may do this as well, but my experience is purely with Capital One. Online payments are made easy as well. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Good credit card to rebuild your credit rating

Capital one are a great way to rebuild your credit rating if you've previously had money issues, or if you've not had credit before and are struggling to build a rating. It's easy to get using the card, and they keep your credit limit low to make sure you don't end up financially unstable. Overall, great service! Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

No hassle

Get yourself an online account. Everything is so easy, log in, pay, check amount all in a few seconds. I had a query and spoke to an online agent who sorted my query out in about a minute. Great time saving service Reviewed on: 22nd December 2016

Expensive
