I use it every day

Easy to Use

Easy understandable statements sent each month, plus direct debit to take payment straight from my account so I never fall behind. Reviewed on: 29th June 2016

Cheap Repayments

I was able to get a card with Capital One even though my credit wasn't great. I got a £200 limit and my repayments are very little each month. Ideal to use when needed. Reviewed on: 28th June 2016

Following a death

I have recently lost my father, among his creditors is capital one, once I informed them of his death and spoke to an advisor regarding lack of funds, they were so helpful. Explained the process, and said there would be some forms If I get stuck to ring them for assistance. Good company

Never had any problems with my capital one credit card. It's a shame that the cashback was stopped but I believe this isn't their fault. Haven't had much contact with customer services but they've always been helpful on the occasions that I have Reviewed on: 2nd June 2016

A professional company very customer focused

Had the lap top hacked credit card cloned and on line spending occurring, Capital One very on the ball, new card arranged and sent out ext day for minimal disruption.
