Great option for a credit card

I've had a card for approx 2 years and never had an issue with using it at all stores that I shop at. It's widely accepted. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

They send too much junk mail.

Capital One sends tons and tons of junk mail to my address trying to get me to sign up for their cards. I'm talking at least two offers a week. Their rates are ridiculous, averaging around 12%. Also, from a collections point of view, their consumers never seemed happy with their services or customer service. Never willing to work with them. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

It is very good and effecticve for just a simole credit card.

It is very good and effecticve for just a simole credit card. I have had thois for quite a while and have been useing this card to buy everything every where.I have enjoyed using my card and have never had a problem with it or with the serveice. Easy to use and all around good experience

My experience using this card has been trouble free. This is your basic no frills credit card that's easy to use. I love how I am able to connect my Capital One account and make my payments online. This is my go to card for every day pruchases. Because I have not had any issues, I cannot attest to how the customer service department ranks. . Reviewed on: 14th April 2015

Love The Card

I really like this card a lot. The interest is zero for the entire first year, so it was really nice to be able to buy things without the added expense on top of the bill. After that, the interest wasn't really much, and still not too bad for buying things. We pay the bill almost in full whenever we can and have not had any problems with them. A few times when we went out of state, they would block our card when we used it at different places, but that's really good that they were concerned about having the card stolen, and it was really easy to call them and to get them to unblock it. We have been very happy with this card for a few years now. It would be nice if there were rewards like cash back or gas points or something, but it's not really that necessary. A very good credit card to have.

When searching for a credit card to purchase a new computer and TV there was only one I could recall to match exactly what I needed - Capital One. They have great deals, typically, such as no APR for the first year and so on. That is the time I got mine. It was fun going and purchasing these items on credit and not having to worry about paying upfront. The minimum payments aren't too high. The only downside is: If you do not pay your bill on time you can get hit with a steep late payment fee. The Capital One MasterCard is accepted almost everywhere which makes it convenient to take on trips with you, just in case. The customer service is fairly friendly and will help you on most things. Fast and easy

I contacted capital one for an issue with my credit card. I spoke to someone in their call center who was extremely helpful and solved my issue in less than five minutes. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Reviewed on: 14th April 2015
