Poor customer Service

All I wanted to do was changing my payment dates after starting a new job , It took one , very long, phone call....followed by another and another and another ....! There is also the small matter of the appalling interest rate Reviewed on: 29th April 2016

Contacting customer services

Had to contact customer services after i misplaced my credit card. I was on the phone no more than ten minutes total. Customer service cancelled my card and issued another all without any messing about and being put on hold. Very happy Reviewed on: 10th April 2016

Money when you need it

Capital one credit card is brilliant for when you need to buy something now but payday is a bit away. If you need shopping you can buy now and pay on pay day. The online site for capital one is very easy to understand and use. Making a payment or just checking your balance is so easy. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016
