Very high interest rate

Easy to use and great communication

Poor customer Service

All I wanted to do was changing my payment dates after starting a new job , It took one , very long, phone call....followed by another and another and another ....! There is also the small matter of the appalling interest rate Reviewed on: 29th April 2016

Friendly staff and service, easy to get through and deal with any issues you may have

Such friendly staff, they don't make you feel like they just want your money. I found calling them easy with no long waiting periods and was put through to a very helpful person that explained to me in detail everything I needed to know. Reviewed on: 21st April 2016
