I would not recommend this company because of the interest rates.

I would not nor could I recommend Capital One. I think their interest rates are way out of line. I know they base their rates on a person's credit score and I understand that to some extend, but to charge an astronomical rate is really unfair. How can a person get ahead if all their rates are too high. I have never experienced interest rates as high as capital one. I guess though I should have a better credit rating and should work toward that . If I did then my interest rate would be a lot less than it is now. How should I go about doing that - pay off my debt!! Reviewed on: 20th April 2015

Great Card with Great Benefits

I use this card for everything due to the great rewards program. I make all my purchases as well as pay any available bills with it monthly and pay the balance in full. In essence, I am being paid to use my credit card. Not too bad, right!? I would highly recommend Capital One to anyone looking for a new card. Their products are great and their customer service has been, in my experience, top-notch. The limited times I've had to contact their customer service department, it's been a very quick, concise phone call and the people were always prompt and polite. Everytime I have an issue, it is handled with the best cutomer service.

Capital One has superb customer service, both on and offline. I love the fact that I can log into my account and have up to date information. I am also apart of the rewards program, which is great. It is alway nice to get something back for using their product. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

Great starter card

Great card for people who may have some credit issues. Will come with low credit limit. However keep paying ontime and eventually you will qualify for a credit limit increase. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

I love the Capital One Cash back Reward Card

What a great way to have this credit card...getting rewarded for using the card. I love getting cash back just for using the Capital One Cash Back Reward Card. You can either get a check or apply cash back to your balance. And I think you can use the cash back on qualifying purchases. Highly recommend this card. Capital One Reward card is far better than other reward cards I have had experience with and is a card I will continue to use. Some cards use a point system that sets such high point requirements before one ever receives any benefit from using their card. I feel this is not so with the Capital One rewards card. The cash back seems to accumulate at a much faster rate. And there is no minimum requirement on getting your cash back. Capital One Rewards card is my number one card of choice. Accepted Everywhere I have wanted to use it

It is one of the best cards out there, It is accepted everywhere I have ever wanted to use it. I have never had any attitude from Support Staff when I have contacted them about my account. The rewards are good and I am happy to be a Customer. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

Great option for a credit card

I've had a card for approx 2 years and never had an issue with using it at all stores that I shop at. It's widely accepted. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

They send too much junk mail.

Capital One sends tons and tons of junk mail to my address trying to get me to sign up for their cards. I'm talking at least two offers a week. Their rates are ridiculous, averaging around 12%. Also, from a collections point of view, their consumers never seemed happy with their services or customer service. Never willing to work with them. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015
