There's just something that stops me using it!

There's just something that stops me using the app to its full extent. I go through the rigmarole of putting £1500 in each month, but then I just go back to using First Direct for my day to day spending! I don't know what it is - the brand maybe? Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

A great and innovative banking service.

A great and innovative banking service. The cashback incentive is very good, as well as the interest on roundups. Also, it’s very easy to transfer between accounts on the Chase app, with the app itself being very user friendly. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Wonderful!

Wonderful Cashback and Interest Rates and also easy to use and access help when you need to. I am neurodivergent so I appreciate how easy the app is to use and the customer service whenever I need it. I have been able to save thanks to the wonderful cash back rates as well as the interest.
