Big fan of Chase!

The Chase app is so easy to use and a great layout. The only few times I’ve had to talk to customer service, they’ve been friendly and very helpful. Great experience all round Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

I love the bank account!

I love the account for the round ups and rewards it's so easy to bank with them. My daughter opened an account on my recommendation and she had to contact customer services who were brilliant! Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Chase have a wonderful customer service support system, which answers concerns and queries very quickly over the phone or via a web chat. Chase started well in the UK - but went downhill

Better in the first year, but still good

In the first year the savings rates were better and above average. The interest is paid monthly and if you qualify for cash back on your current account- the round up account interest is excellent. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
