Huge increase in premium despite no claims

The last renewal was quoted with a huge (over 30%) increase in premium despite still not having made a claim - ever. Trying to get answers as to why didn't get any response. Chase started well in the UK - but went downhill

Chase started well in the UK. They paid decent interest and gave cashback. However successive reductions in customer benefits make them a poor bet now. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
