Operator was extremely helpful

Needed to sort out a small on line issue - operator was very helpful - went the extra mile and was also very charming. Forms can be a little intimidating when dealing with large sums of money. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025

I could not have managed without assistance

Terrific lady answered the phone. Very positive in leading me through the ISA and Savings set up. Took a while to set things up, but this was down to my lack of keyboard finesse! Highly unlikely that I will remember how to fully utilise the Darl Online aspects. Reviewed on: 27th April 2025

Simply brilliant

I have been with the Darlington for over 30 years. They have been there for me during many happy times, the birth of my twin boys and sad times, my divorce.
