GREAT BANK

I HAVE BANKED WITH THE HALIFAX FOR OVER 30 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE STAFF AT THE BRANCH I GO TO ARE SO PATIENT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HALIFAX APP ON MY APPLE TABLET IS REALLY GOOD AND I CAN PAY IN CHEQUES USING THE APP WHICH SAVES ME THE BOTHER OF GOING TO A BRANCH. THE WEBSITE IS EASY TO LOG ON AND NAVIGATE. Easy to set up, everything you need!

Great customer experience

The staff at Halifax branches are generally great. The company has put a great deal of effort to achieve this. Even though they try to run a streamlined operation and now move towards automated deposits there always is a staff member on hand to assist.
