They haven’t lost my money and their app is easy to use and they send me texts if I’m going overdrawn and I haven’t been fined for going overdrawn and I can access money easily enough and they have a b Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Appalling - vote with your money and leave

With Halifax over 30 years. First 20 were were very good - mortgage, current account, credit cards, etc. Last 10 years appalling customer service. They have down spec'd the customer service.. they stop every 2 out of 5 payments so you have to spend 20 minutes every 2 weekson phone to them proving who you are to access your own money; then they do it again! and again! Avoid like the plague as the customer comes last with Halifax. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

For a larger banks, I was skeptical

For a larger banks, I was skeptical about a switch to a Halifax current account but I've been impressed. Everything just works! When I've needed customer services they've been there the range of current account offerings is decent. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
