In branch service review

Convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Should advise customers when investing in an obsolete product - customer duty is FCA responsibility. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

We are satisfied that our products provide good outcomes, fair value and assists customers in achieving their financial objectives. >99% of our savers receive better than the UK average savings rate. 2. The vast majority of our closed issue products are priced to match their open book equivalent. 3. We have, and will continue to signpost customers to new products so they can make an informed choice to decide is a new product would be suitable. 4. We have made the process to switch accounts much simpler and without the need to submit a full application number. Harpenden Building Society Branch Review

I like that you have a branch on the high street in Radlett and I can go in and see someone face-to-face. The account is run by elderly people who cannot all use the internet. This ensures the security of the account. Good customer service with a friendly face is very important. Please do not close the Radlett branch. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

Son has an account and now so do we!

My son has had a saving account for many years setup by his grandparents, now 18 and heading to Uni he had decided to stay with HBS and following such a great service from the team we have setup a joint savings account also. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

The local branch in Leighton Buzzard is excellent. Online is poor and the website is naff. Would like to see a flexible ISA. Reviewed on: 1st January 2024

Harpenden Building Society Branch Review

Harpenden Building Society is the only remaining 'bank' or building society in Tring. I like being able to go to the branch in person. I have not yet been able to log-in to my account online. Teething problems that need to be sorted out. Reviewed on: 1st January 2024
