I needed to change car insurance as my current provided was no longer the value for money I required, Hastings Direct came up as the best on offer from my searches. Helpful Hastings Direct

I recently had to submit a claim as someone hit my parked car - Hastings were very helpful in organising the repairs and I didn’t have to do much to get things sorted. They also made sure I didn’t pay anything towards the repairs and that my no claims bonus wasn’t affected. Very happy with my experience. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Renewed the policy after we had cancelled

They renewed the policy after we had told them we didn't want too as too expensive. They will not cancel without charging the admin fee, and threatened me with legal proceedings if I don't pay. Super unhelpful automaton on the phone Reviewed on: 16th July 2024
