Expensive, un helpful and not co-operative

Charged me £100 for switching street's when moving for updating details. Apparently post code was 'more of a risk for accidents' Reviewed on: 11th November 2015

good customer service and price

hastings direct were easy to deal with,great price,when i had to claim they were really quick for courtesy car .The rest of the claim and my car were fixed within 3 weeks.I would use them again,and was impressed by them Reviewed on: 6th November 2015

Excellent

Excellent service from Hastings direct. Staff are always available to help over the phone or by email. Insurance comes down by half price after the first year of being with the company. Very cheap insurance company including extras such as courtesy car. Overall great insurance company. Reviewed on: 4th November 2015

So far so good

Got a competitive deal when insuring our Fiat Punto with Hastings Direct. Soon afterwards we traded the Punto and bought a Vauxhall Astra. Switching the insurance to a different vehicle was very straightforward. A small administration fee was involved but the agent we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 30th August 2015

Helpful and competative

I have had my car insurance with Hastings for about 8 months now and during that time changed my car. This process was easy to follow (there was a fee, i think £25, to change my details but unfortunately that tends to be standard now). The revised quote was still competitive and i got the new documents through by email very quickly. Reviewed on: 26th August 2015

Amazing Customer Service and most competitive on the market.

I have been a customer of Hastings Direct for 3 years now. I cannot fault their insurance policies, nor can I fault their contact centre agents. Each time I have renewed, I have managed to phone them and reduce the renewal premium they had sent to me, as well as the premiums as stated on comparison sites/independent insurers. Hastings Direct are very customer focused, ensuring their customers have their policies suitably tailored to their wants and needs, in an affordable fashion. I had contacted them in relation to a change of personal situation as well as finding out what my premium changes would be with a change of career. The agent was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I do not think I will change insurance providers, given the outstanding service and customer loyalty rewards I have received.
