Amazing Service and Amazing Products

I cannot recommend Hastings Direct Car Insurance enough. I received a renewal from them, which was for more than my previous premium, however there were no changes or claims made in the period so I felt it should have been similar or less. I did an online price comparison to see if I could get a better deal. I received cheaper quotes and one was a quote from Hastings Direct for around £50 less than my renewal quote. I decided to call Hastings to discuss. The representative was very helpful, comparing the quotes etc and even applied a loyalty discount bringing it down to less than my previous years premium. They were really helpful as well as patient. I would highly recommend them as I have been a customer for 3 years now and their customer service has always been fantastic. they were fantastic from start to finish.

We came across heisting's online as they were the cheapest. Everything was straight forward with them very easy and quick to sort. We then needed to change our car details after buying a new car and it couldn't of been made any easier no fuss or messing about was done straight away. Incredible value for money

Hastings Direct has offered me competitively priced car insurance that was much, much cheaper than other car insurance providers. The price also includes a range of benefits such as legal protection and windscreen insurance. I will be staying with this company for the foreseeable future. Quick, easy, straightforward

All been easy, and good value

It was easy to sign up a couple of years ago. The first renewal came, and I did a price comparison, and they still came out cheapest. The second renewal they were more expensive, but I gave them a quick call, and they beat the competition. I haven't had to claim yet, apart from a windscreen chip which was handled efficiently so I can't comment on that side. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

dont touch wirh a bardge poll

do not isurure with thses people £ 40 to change address because wron post code on the policy and another £ 40 to canncel within the cooling off periiod maybe cheap but you get what you pay for in the end Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

If you are looking for great value ! Hastings Has it All!

If you are looking for great value with a friendly voice on the phone then head to Hastings. You don't even pay for the call, all are free. I have found over the last 3 years the price set is the best on the market and the service is second to none. You get what you pay for but with insurance at Hastings they do offer a little more too! Friendly insurance

When renewing my insurance I couldn't fault the staff they were very helpful and searched for different companies not just themselves to try to reduce the quote. The whole process was as simple as they could make it unlike some insurance companies. The phone was answered quickly and they were efficient in the advice they gave and the buying process so I wasn't on the phone for long. The paperwork was sent to me within a matter of days and matched everything they told me. Will consider renewing for another year when my insurance is due. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015
