Amazing Customer Service and most competitive on the market.

I have been a customer of Hastings Direct for 3 years now. I cannot fault their insurance policies, nor can I fault their contact centre agents. Each time I have renewed, I have managed to phone them and reduce the renewal premium they had sent to me, as well as the premiums as stated on comparison sites/independent insurers. Hastings Direct are very customer focused, ensuring their customers have their policies suitably tailored to their wants and needs, in an affordable fashion. I had contacted them in relation to a change of personal situation as well as finding out what my premium changes would be with a change of career. The agent was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed. I do not think I will change insurance providers, given the outstanding service and customer loyalty rewards I have received. always check your renewal quote...

I took car insurance with ?Hastings Direct last year after they proved to beat the Tesco renewal quote we had received. I was so impressed with the extras you could add and the flexibility of the policy, tailor making the policy to our exact needs. They also offered a great cash back rate through an online cash back site. So a year on we receive our renewal quote which had increased significantly so I did a little shop around on a comparison site and found if I returned to Hastings but as a new policy holder then I could get a cheaper rate, protect my no claims, tailor my cover and get cash back! I love how easy the website is to use and the additional extras you can add to make your policy work for you! Reviewed on: 10th August 2015

Simple and easy

Hastings direct were easy to deal with both online and also on the phone when I had a query before buying. The online process took 5 minutes and was easy to complete all the information with no questions to catch you out. I got the cover I wanted and the policy documents were ready quickly and emailed to me. Would recommend. I haven't had to claim (hoping never to) but from speaking the customer services prior to buying the insurance I would hope they would be just as good. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

Top cover

Took out cover for my daughters first car,having passed her driving test at the first time of asking. For the same cover could have easily paid up to an eye watering £5000 but thanks to Hastings I managed to get excellent car insurance for a more manageable £930. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

Amazing Service and Amazing Products

I cannot recommend Hastings Direct Car Insurance enough. I received a renewal from them, which was for more than my previous premium, however there were no changes or claims made in the period so I felt it should have been similar or less. I did an online price comparison to see if I could get a better deal. I received cheaper quotes and one was a quote from Hastings Direct for around £50 less than my renewal quote. I decided to call Hastings to discuss. The representative was very helpful, comparing the quotes etc and even applied a loyalty discount bringing it down to less than my previous years premium. They were really helpful as well as patient. I would highly recommend them as I have been a customer for 3 years now and their customer service has always been fantastic. they were fantastic from start to finish.

We came across heisting's online as they were the cheapest. Everything was straight forward with them very easy and quick to sort. We then needed to change our car details after buying a new car and it couldn't of been made any easier no fuss or messing about was done straight away. Incredible value for money

Hastings Direct has offered me competitively priced car insurance that was much, much cheaper than other car insurance providers. The price also includes a range of benefits such as legal protection and windscreen insurance. I will be staying with this company for the foreseeable future.
