do not isurure with thses people £ 40 to change address because wron post code on the policy and another £ 40 to canncel within the cooling off periiod maybe cheap but you get what you pay for in the end Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

If you are looking for great value ! Hastings Has it All!

If you are looking for great value with a friendly voice on the phone then head to Hastings. You don't even pay for the call, all are free. I have found over the last 3 years the price set is the best on the market and the service is second to none. You get what you pay for but with insurance at Hastings they do offer a little more too! Friendly insurance

When renewing my insurance I couldn't fault the staff they were very helpful and searched for different companies not just themselves to try to reduce the quote. The whole process was as simple as they could make it unlike some insurance companies. The phone was answered quickly and they were efficient in the advice they gave and the buying process so I wasn't on the phone for long. The paperwork was sent to me within a matter of days and matched everything they told me. Will consider renewing for another year when my insurance is due. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Seem to be a very honest and reputable company

Seem to be a very honest and reputable company, every effort was made to assist me with any specific needs, total price for car insurance was reasonable and totally in keeping with other insurance companies and I will definitely consider them again when other insurance is needed. Has been great.

I have been with them since I past my test and got my first car, my dad was wth then years before that, they are loyal to existing customers and offer competitive prices. I've never had to claim and so I can't say what it's like if you do have to. Reviewed on: 25th March 2015

Professional, prompt and efficient with very little cost to us

On changing our car insurance from our old car to the new car with over 3 months left on the insurance they were professional, prompt and efficient with very little cost to us. It was done within minutes and new documentation emailed to us within a day. No qualms or issues and found the person on the other end of the phone line very helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate with

Very pleased with the service received from Hastings Direct car Insurance. After informing them off an accident was involved in they took it all in hand and sorted solicetors etc to deal with my claim. Also having the car assessed for road worthy. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015

Not interested in the customer, just the money

Everyone loves cheap insurance, Hastings sell the personal touch but as soon as you get someone else to deal with your claim, instead of helping you they help themselves and look at anyway possible to get some money out of you. Charges on pretty much anything. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015
