Best travel insurance for preexisting health issue

World First has been our default travel insurance provider ever since a big family trip to the US and my parents were struggling to find a reasonable quote for insurance due to a couple of recent health issues. World First were helpful and the most competitive so we have returned for all our travel insurance needs ever since. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

Insurance for all, at a fair price

We were travelling with extended family to the US, with ages ranging from 7 to 70. My 70 year old dad with a recent health issue was really struggling to find any insurer that could offer a reasonable price for insurance, quotes were coming back at way more than the flight itself. I mentioned this problem to my colleague and they advised to try World First. Finally we were all able to get insured at a fair price and enjoyed our holiday together. We always return to World First now as I'm confident they will offer us a good deal for all our travel plans. Reviewed on: 8th September 2023

Honest pricing

We were recommended to try World First after struggling to find a reasonable price for travel insurance for a family trip to USA with grandparents - because of their age the prices were extortionate and more than the flight tickets for them! World First provided us with good cover at a reasonable price. Will be using them again when we are finally able to travel again! Reviewed on: 24th August 2020
