Excellent Experience!

Hastings Direct came up tops for value for money, easy to set up policy and good coverage options. Having the App is convenient to keep track of policy documents and has all the contact details in one place. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Excellent Product!

Been with DL for pet insurance for some years now. Sadly had to use the policy for an injury to my cat last year. They dealt with my claim efficiently, sympathetically and made me feel my pet mattered. Thankfully a full recovery was achieved. They dealt with the Vet direct so once I had paid the excess all the stress was taken away and I could concentrate on my cats recovery. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021

Excellent Product!

Took out car insurance with Policy Expert after being with another insurer for 3 years under an excellent policy. They came back with a big increase in cost that prompted me to do a comparison search. Policy Expert came tops for me with excellent coverage well in comparison but gave me a saving of £90! Really appreciated the welcome call to check all is to my needs on the policy cover. Really friendly staff and efficient. Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
