I had a telephone call with a member of staff the previous day who gave a wide range of information regarding the savings accounts I was interested in, I called in to the Office the next day and received a very efficient informative visit with my accounts being opened there and then. I came away fully satisfied with the service. The lady Rita was lovely. My new passbooks have arrived today giving all of the correct information. Perfect service UI couldn't ask for more, I have been a customer of H & R for a long time and will remain so for the future .Thank you. Reviewed on: 12th January 2024
