The customer service person was friendly and pleasan...

The customer service person was friendly and pleasant, however I needed to repeat myself several times for each request and there were long delays in receiving confirmation e-mails, so the call took much longer than necessary. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Always helpful and a warm personal greeting from the H&R staff who have served this great Society for many years. This just proves that those other National Societies are not the best for the locality and the H&R repeatedly outshines them. Rugby needs this service as the previous Rugby Building Society got taken over and never seen in the town again. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

I have been a member for over 25 years both for myself, husband and 7 grandchildren for whom we started an accoaccount they were born, and 3 have now reached their 18th birthdays. I have always found the staff at the Rugby branch to be extremely helpful and courteous and it has always been an absolute pleasure to walk in and be promptly served.
