Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. If required they answer questions in a polite, pleasant manner. I recently needed to open a new savings account when one of my accounts had matured. I had a very positive experience with a staff member explaining everything and being most helpful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

A Iocal institution combining tradition and innovation

I and my family have been customers of the Society for over 25 years. It is a local institution of which we can be proud. The staff in the town branch have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, backed up now by online access to our accounts.
