Good savings advice

We have saved with the H&RBS for over 20 years and always found the staff helpful and friendly with advice when changes to rates were discussed. We have saved for our grandsons since they were born, both are now over 18 but we continue to save for them because we find the accounts easy to operate. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Account number problems

The branch staff provided account numbers which were not recognised when I wanted to make an electronic payment which resulted in numerous phone calls and trips to branch to resolve. It was eventually solved by Liam at Castle Street who clearly had a better understanding of the operating systems than most of the staff. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
