I would like to highly commend the excellent custome...

I would like to highly commend the excellent customer service provided by Michelle at the Broughton Astley branch. She was incredibly helpful and her knowledge of the different savings accounts was exceptional. She explained everything so clearly and simply, making it very easy for me to understand the options available. Her professionalism and friendly approach made for a fantastic customer experience.
