Ability to make an appointment to suit us was very good and enabled them to have all necessary documents to hand thereby saving time. Reviewed on: 31st December 2024

Straightforward process, Friendly Staff

Opened multi Savings accounts for Grandchildren, Pleasant staff and a convenient town centre branch. Passbooks received in the post promptly. Straightforward process to add money to the accounts online. Signed up for online access. The only minor glitch was locating the button to confirm I'd read the T&Cs Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
