Opened a savings account. Very easy task and very pleasant helpful staff who advised on the best product. All the staff in the Lutterworth branch are excellent. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

A Charity-friendly Society.

Change the way interest is paid

The society will work with you to achieve your needs I needed to change interest to be paid monthly on savings to pay Carehome fees when fixed bond matured and they where able to this unlike other building societies I have dealt with. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Excellent & friendly customer service when I opened...

Excellent & friendly customer service when I opened the account. Great product on offer at the time which is why I chose to open the account, the only regular savings account allowing to save up to £500 a month communication as and when required , and, I’ve also not been bombarded with newsletter or other emails whilst being a customer.
