Built on great service

I live outside the operating area, but have been able to open new accounts. I use the app for checking transactions and recently locked myself out of it! I called the H&R, and we were able to get me back on line asap. Always efficient service. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Excellent service at South Wigston branch.

Friendly and efficient

We have 2 cash ISAs and a joint savings account with Hinckley & Rugby. Their staff are always very friendly & efficient and we always feel well informed on any changes to the society structure or our accounts. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Broughton Astley Branch

The ladies at your Broughton Astley branch are very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. After my bereavement they dealt with my queries in a compassionate and caring way. The information I required for probate was sent to me within a few days. Sadly i didn’t receive the same efficient and kind customer service at some of the larger banks I had to deal with. It goes to show banking locally you are treated as a person and with respect. Please don’t close your local branches like the big building societies and banks have done.
